My client is a leading American Fashion Designer for luxury accessories and apparel. The company's heritage is rooted in producing polished, sleek, sophisticated clothing and accessories with a  mission to bring their vision of a jet-set, luxury lifestyle to women and men around the globe.

Already sold in all the major fashion capitals of the world, they now have extensive expansion plans across Europe, which has created the need for an experienced Head of Retail for the region.

 Based in London and reporting into the Vice President for Retail, you will be responsible for growing the retail business across six countries.

This will involve researching sites, recruiting your teams, analysing competitors, ensuring correct stock packages are bought, working on training and incentive programmes and driving sales. Managing from the front in very much a hands on approach, you will be responsible for making key commercial decisions, ensuring the roll out programme runs smoothly and successfully and current stores continue in their success.

You will have a multi site retail background for a high end ladieswear retailer that offers a very luxurious product and experience to its clients. You must also have European experience and speak at least two other European languages in addition to fluent English. In addition, you will also have a strong track record of developing a brand with experience of opening fashion retail stores internationally.

You will be extremely commercial, results driven, strategic and inspirational with an abundance of energy, passion and inspirational ideas.
