Managing a large team and substantial turnover in a fast paced and very challenging environment, you will focus mainly on driving sales and customer service. In addition, you will mentor and train your Department Managers to the highest standards. You will also be responsible for managing stock packages, making key commercial decisions and ensuring this very high profile store continues to run smoothly.

You will have a strong retail management background for a fashion retailer, working with large teams and high turnover. You will have either department store or stand-alone experience and you must have a strong understanding of the luxury market with an excellent knowledge of fashion, key trends and styling.
