Hudson Walker International was created in 1993 as an executive search business focusing specifically on luxury goods and services. Over the years the company has undoubtedly been instrumental in changing the landscape of the luxury sector by bringing together highly skilled, talented and successful individuals and many of the world’s most prestigious brands.

The team

Pauline Hudson-Evans / Co-Founder & Director

Pauline Hudson-Evans co-founded Hudson Walker International Ltd in 1993 as a specialist search firm focusing specifically on luxury goods and services. Since then the business has expanded to become a preferred recruitment partner for many of the world’s most prestigious brands.

Pauline is Deputy Chair of the Bond Street Association and has contributed as an External Adviser to the MA Luxury Brand Management Programme at Regent’s University London. She is also Chair of Governors at St Luke’s CE Primary School London W9.

Wayne Jenkins / Associate Director

Wayne started his career in fashion, focusing on wholesale sales and distribution. He worked extensively with Dolce & Gabbana, Roberto Cavalli, Calvin Klein and Gianni Versace at national and international level.

He joined Hudson Walker International in 2007 and now manages a wide range of executive projects across Wholesale & Retail Management, E-Commerce, Visual Merchandising, Head Office and Design, covering both retained search and contingency services. 

His client list includes luxury resorts, fine jewellery and watch brands, plus premium & luxury fashion and lifestyle brands within the UK and Europe.

Richard Whaley / Associate Director

After an early career in retail and finance, Richard moved into wholesale with Liberty of London. Over a fifteen-year period he worked extensively in the UK, Europe and the United States.

Richard moved into recruitment in 2001 and between 2003 and 2007 he ran his own business, Big Fish (Executive Search) Limited before joining Hudson Walker International as a Senior Consultant in October 2007. He became Key Account Manager in 2014.

Richard is an exceptionally knowledgeable and versatile recruiter with a portfolio of luxury clients covering the UK, Europe and the Middle East. Their loyalty to him means that he is regularly briefed on a range of appointments across wholesale, retail and head office assignments from middle-management to Board level.
